Congregational Activities

Sunday, March7-Congregational Helping Hands Meeting & Potluck-We will have a potluck meal and our Helping Hands groups will meet after the morning service in the MPR.  Please bring plenty of food and be prepared to find out who needs encouragement within your group.  Hope to see you there!!!!!  Group 3 (Bryan/Lyons) is in charge of set up & clean up.

Saturday, March 13-Pizza and Movie Night-Everyone is invited to join in.  The cost is $3 for adults and $2 for ages 10 & under.  We will eat and fellowship, then watch the movie “The Ultimate Gift”.  Please sign up at the bulletin board by Wednesday, March 10.  Call Paula or Nicole with any questions.

Saturday, March 20-This event will be from 11am-1pm.  Please donate any spring and summer clothing that you no longer wear, including clothing for children.  If you would like to donate money or help prepare the meal, see Tracy or Nicole.  Volunteers are needed to drive the van and bus, so see Jimmy.  Please mark this date on your calendar and join us.  We need people who can help set-up the MPR, serve the food, greet people at the door, and help with clean-up.

Sunday, March 28-Easter Egg Hunt & Pot Luck Lunch-We will have an Easter Egg Hunt for children ages 2-Grade 5 following the morning services.  Parents should bring one dozen eggs for each child.  The eggs can be real or plastic (filled with wrapped candy).  Please put the eggs in the box next to Kory’s office before March 28.  Everyone should bring their favorite dishes and share in the fun.  In the event of rain, the hunt will be moved inside the church building.
